CIBERIA Account Controls

Request account deletion.

CIBERIA gives users a clear way to request account deletion for App Store, Google Play, public launch, and privacy review requirements. If you can access your account, the fastest route is through the mobile app Settings screen.

Open CIBERIA Settings

In the CIBERIA mobile app, sign in to your account and open Settings from your profile area.

Submit Delete Account Request

Choose Request Account Deletion, add an optional reason, and confirm the secure review request.

Watch for confirmation

CIBERIA reviews the request, confirms account ownership where needed, and processes eligible deletion requests.

Information typically deleted

  • Profile details such as name, contact information, location, avatar, and account settings.
  • Marketplace account records that are no longer required for safety, legal, transaction, or dispute obligations.
  • Notification preferences and non-essential account personalization data.

Information that may be retained

  • Records needed to prevent fraud, enforce marketplace safety, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
  • Transaction, order, escrow, safety, support, and trust records that must be retained for accountability.
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you personally.

Can't access the app?

Email info@ciber.com with the subject CIBERIA Account Deletion Request. Include your account email, full name, and phone number if one is attached to your account. CIBERIA may ask for extra verification before completing deletion.

Standard review target: within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for fraud prevention, safety investigations, disputes, legal compliance, or transaction records.
