FAQ

Can I use my mobile app account on the web portal?

Yes. The portal uses the same Supabase authentication project as the CIBERIA mobile app, so your email and password are shared.

Does the portal replace the mobile app?

No. The portal gives users a wider account-management and support surface while marketplace activity remains app-first.

Where do verification problems go?

Submit a verification issue from support. The ticket flows into the same admin support queue used by the CIBERIA operations team.

Is admin access public?

No. Admin access is role-protected through Supabase and hidden from normal CIBERIA users.
